/ THE SITUATION

The ops team spent half their day copying status updates between systems.

Velox Freight worked with seven carriers, each with their own portal or API format. Every status event, pickup confirmation, customs clearance, delivery exception, had to be manually checked, copied into Salesforce, and then forwarded to the customer. With 400+ active shipments at any time, this consumed the majority of the operations team's day and delays in updating the CRM meant account managers were always working on stale information.

/ WHAT WAS BUILT

One pipeline. Seven carriers. Zero manual data entry.

Every carrier event flows into a single normalised pipeline. The CRM stays current automatically. Customers are notified the moment something changes, without anyone composing an email.
